Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

This policy explains how ARCA processes personal data submitted through the project request form and during subsequent communication. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact hello@arca.global.

1. Data we collect

We may collect your name, email, telephone or messenger contact, company or project name, selected service, budget, project type, message, preferred language, request status and related communication.

2. Why we use the data

We use the data to review your request, contact you, prepare a proposal, manage the potential business relationship, protect the form from abuse and maintain an operational record of requests.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and, where applicable, on steps requested by you before entering into a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Storage and service providers

Request data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Limited request information may be sent to the private ARCA Telegram bot to notify authorised administrators. Cloudflare and Telegram process data under their own applicable terms and privacy documentation.

5. Retention

We normally retain project requests for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may delete data earlier when it is no longer needed or retain limited information longer where required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with law.

6. Access and security

Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We use access tokens, private administrator lists, encrypted HTTPS connections and platform security controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent and contact the competent data protection authority.

8. Deletion requests

Email hello@arca.global from the address used in your request and describe which data should be removed. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
